SHIPPING POLICY

 

All orders will be shipped via UPS,USPS,FEDEX GROUND, unless specified otherwise. Standard shipping charges will apply to all orders.  

No minimum purchase requirement for orders shipping to a United States address.

US territories

Orders shipped to US territories are a flat rate of $12.99.

ALASKA , HAWAII, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands generally takes 8-21 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

 

All shipments must be made to a valid address within the United States and Canada. PO Boxes and international addresses (excluding Canada) are invalid.

Customers are held responsible for paying all duties, taxes, customs fees, and other fees for their merchandise. Duties on goods can vary widely depending on the product and the country in which it was manufactured.

Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

 

Shipments are sent out daily from Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All orders placed before 3PM PST with a valid credit card will be shipped out the 1-2 business day. If your credit card is declined, your order will be shipped only when payment is cleared.

If your payment is not processed in a timely manner, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
